Hailing from the United Kingdom, James is a New York City based actor of stage and screen.
Having graduated with a master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Cambridge, James moved to the US in 2015 to train at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, the world’s oldest acting conservatory in the English-speaking world.
With a particular focus on dialects, character acting, and classical works, James has appeared in multiple theatrical productions in NYC and beyond, most notably: The McKittrick Hotel, New York City Center, Florida Studio Theatre, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, and San Francisco’s A.C.T. Theater.
James is fluent in French, has a good ear for accents, is double-jointed, and possesses a doctoral knowledge of The Real Housewives.
